I just found this Reichard Message Board and I thought I would register my name.

I live in Australia but I was born in Hungary and came Down Under in 1957.

On my mother's side of the family we are proud Reichard's from a small eastern Hungarian village/town called Satoraljaujhely
where there was a large Jewish community.

My mother has put together quite a good family tree which includes branches now in the USA.

In my great grandparents' generation there was a huge family who were well known in the town, one of the members of the family was mayor of Satoraljauhely.
