My mother Patricia Margaret Walshe born 1929 was adopted. She was born in the London Uni Hosp & adopted by the Ellards when she was 3 months old. She was already living with them b4 the adoption in 35 Edith Gr Chelsea. The original birth certificate & adoption papers state her mother was Kathleen Walshe thats it. No age father etc. When my mum was baptised her godmother was Margaret Walsh. So I dont know if Walsh has an E or not. Was Margaret Kathleens sister? It was a private adoption as the LMA only have what I have the adoption at Caxton Hall.
