Do you have any info on Charles Smith, M Company 7th Cav. IN He is my gg-grandfather. He is listed in Jerry Potter's book as being in the 8th Calvery, but his pension and family records say the 7th Calvery. I would like to know if he was treated at a hospital, etc. Also, the name of the prison where he is held. I checked the Andersonville records and he is not listed.
