If anyone has access to Shelby Co death records please help.
Hugh Montgomery Blake and his wife Sarah E (Sanderlin) are in the 1870 census in Memphis, with several children including Mary H Blake (13yoa). In 1880, Mary H is living with her husband and the younger children are living with them. Hula(Hughla) is one of Mary's sisters and was born in 1873. So, somewhere between 1873 and 1880, I am thinking Sarah died, and possibly even Hugh.
I am, however, not able to locate any records.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
