I picked up a little book called "Old Salem Official Guidebook" at an estate sale some time ago. The first twelve pages, including the title and publication pages, are missing. There was no index to the book so I have created one, both alphabetically and by soundex.

If anyone is interested in that area of the state, or knows someone who is, you may be interested in taking a look at this list of surnames. If you would like any information from the booklet, please let me know. I will look up the information and quote the paragraph. I have recently been made aware that posting the responses to the Bulletin Board may be a violation of the booklet's copyright. Sending an email response to the person asking seems to be OK and falls within the fair use rules. Therefore, I will do lookups for anyone but the responses will only be sent via email. Sorry for the inconvenience.
