I have family connections to the Koonces that lived in and near Columbia,Al. My greatgrand mother was a Koonce. Many are buried in the cemetery in Columbia,Al. However some were buried in a family cemetery across the Chattahoochee River in Early County, Ga. I'm looking for this cemetery. I need to know if anyone knows anything about it, or where it may be located. I found the one about 4 miles north of Columbia, Al. just off of 134. The cemetery in Early county was surveyed in 1960 by E.H.Hayes. It contained 5 graves, dating back to 1859.Any help would be helpful. Thanks.
