I was never told i was related to Jesse himself. But someone who rode with him. I story is: My great-great-great grandfather (something like that, not sure how many greats) went out hunting one day..He was about 10 or 11, something like that. When he came home his family had been killed by indians and after that he somehow found himself rideing with Jesse and his gang. But for long, considering he was a kid at the time, i believe.
