While going through some of my father's belongings I stumbled upon this pin, a picture of him in a cowboy hat. On the frame of the pin, at the top, it says "Camp Blanding" and at the bottom of the pin it says "Florida". Just under the picture is a space which has numbers. There are 3 stars on each side of the pin. I never knew where my father was stationed but I'm thinking that he may have been stationed at Camp Blanding in Florida. Anyone know how I can get information, any kind, about the "colored" troops who were stationed at Camp Blanding?
