I am looking for any family members of a john broughton that died of typhoid fever near a railroad station in raleigh around the year of 1916 or 1917. I beleive that this may be my grandfather. On feb.10, 1917 a baby boy was born to a young girl named laura weathers,she gave the baby up for adoption to William & Elizabeth Tarpley of raleigh n.c., wake co. She later married a chappell boy in the n.c. area. Anyone with any info. i would be glad to hear from !!!!!
