My 3rd great grandmother Mary Wilson was in the court of Pleas and Quarter sessions in 1810 in Morganton seeking to gain control of her deceased husbands property after he passed earlier in that year. I had a copy of the court records at one time. The record was incomplete. It only stated that she was applying for for control of the property and it did not state that control was given. I would like to know if anyone can help me find/where to find the answer given by the court. I have lost the original record I had so I can only tell you that it was the court of pleas and quarter sessions in 1810. If anyone can help me solve this it would be very much appreciated.
