I am looking for birth and death records for an Andrew Ralph Roy. He was supposedly born Jan 14, 1951, Minnesota and died Nov 11, 2006, Duluth, Minnesota. He was married to a Terri Rodine at one time. I have their marriage and divorce records and one Public Record for Andrew living in St. Paul. I just cannot find a birth or death record.
