Does anyone know how you can go about getting a record about an ancestor? I have an uncle who was in the ohio State Penitentiary in 1930 and im curious about how he got there and how long he was there. I know he got out and died in the 60s but i found him listed on a census for 1930!

Any help would be nice - ive searched cant find anything, his name is/was Adrian Hoskins he was aprox 33 at the time :)
