I am trying to trace the movement of "Bryants" within Bedfordshire around 1750-1812.
I have William Bryant whose censuses say b. 1775 Houghton Conquest but I cannot find any Parish Records to confirm this. The only Houghton Conquest reference I have is the baptism of an Elizabeth Bryant (possibly William's sister?) in 1779 parents Joseph Bryant & Sarah Dix. But I cannot find out where they came from (too many Josephs).
Can anybody please help?
