Is anyone researching Clarence Chapin or Susan Ebner (Von) in the Toledo area? My grandfather Raymond E. Chapin was born 1889 in Toledo and am trying to find info on his parents. Clarence came from Il. Clarence was listed in Toledo city directory for 1990-91 as living at 716 Magnolia Ave. Would like to know what part of Toledo that is for a census research.
