Need info on Andrew North of Mason Co., WV who was married to Eliza Stafford/Safford by Alexander Logue, JP on 28 Nov 1874 at the residence of David North on Front Street in Gallipolis, Gallia Co., OH. Does anyone know if David and Andrew were brothers? David was the son of William R. North and Polly Say who came west from Bedford Co., VA about 1830.
