I am trying to obtain the location of a Ivy Welch in 1920. Her father was Leonard/Lenard/Lennie/Lenie Welch. She would have been about 10 years old in 1920. I have been led to think they lived in Illinois but am not positive. I know they lived in Wisconsin in 1910. I am hoping that somebody has access to and can check the 1920 US census and can help find Ivy Welch based on the information I have here. I am not able to afford a census subscription myself. I kindly appreciate any help than can be offered.
