I am trying to make a connection between William Cameron, b. Jul 1836, m. Margaret Mackie St Vincent, Grey 1866, had: Jane, Charles, Thomas, Angus, Mary, Flora and Albert. They lived in Sydenham

Family lore says he was descended from Angus Cameron (UEL, b. Mohawk Valley NY, through Donald Cameron and Mary Fraser, and their son Charles....but I can't make the connection.

The other connection I have is to Charles Cameron, b. 1796 in Scotland and Jane Cameron, b. 1801 Queenbury NB.

Can anyone help me sort this out?
