Dear All:
I had made an erroneous statement yesterday that the Ross
Clan was at the Battle of Culloden in support on the
efforts and plans of Bonnie Prince Charlie.
Fran Bumann ( Genealogist of the Clan Ross) corrected
me this morning in her own very tactful and polite
manner. After checking the web site with the
location of the various clans, it is noted that the Clan
Ross was NOT listed as being there and in support
of the Jacobites.
