My grandmother Maria VACCA/CARANCI and grandfather Pasquale CARANCI came from the Campobasso, ITALY region. I am seeking possible family members or connections to the above surnames. I have written to the town offices requesting birth records but have not recieved a response (10 months). Any information would be greatly appreciated.
