Does anyone have information about a connection between the Ketchum and Reed families in Tippah County, MS and/or in Limestone County, AL? They seem to be closely linked in both locales, and I believe this connection will answer questions about my great grandfather's family.

I've found a Jeston Ketchum (daughter of Hugh Ketchum) married to Elijah Reed in Limestone County, AL. It looks like they moved to Tippah County between 1834 and 1838 and raised their children there. There was also a JD Ketchum married to an Elsie Reed in Tippah County. Any information about these individuals or others in these families would be helpful.
