My GGGGrandfather James Lasley arrived in Virginia in 1721 from Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales. He was indentured to John Dykes for several years. I was wanting to know if there is any information about indentured servants around that era. Also, are there any onlines sources or genealogy folks to help. I believe James' father's name may have been Manoah Lasley who was a teacher from the same area.
