If you're using Genome Mate, be sure to restart it and get the latest update. Then click "Segments" on a profile where you've identified some segments as belonging to specific ancestors. Then behold the rainbow! :)

(Edited to add: the "CSV File" feature only works if a segment has been marked as permanent. The file can then be used in Kitty's chromosome mapping tool.)

Genome Mate is secretly an elite cadre of benevolent wizards, by the way. I asked about this a few hours ago via Facebook message, and BAM! Done.
