Looking for marriage record for Prescilla Armenda Jackson Tally Scott Needham. On the 1860 AR, Marion, Rapps Barrens, she was married to William J. Tally; on the 1870 AR, Poinsett, Greenfield she was married to William Needham. Between 1860 and 1870 she had a child whose last name was Scott. Assumed she married a Scott between those years. I understand that Rapps Barrens was annexed to Baxter County in 1873. Found where Rapps Barrens was Independence in 1869 (don't know what that means). I don't know if she married in Marion County, Baxter County, or Poinsett County. Any help would be appreciated.
