Suspect Daniel and wife Julia are buried in the Smoky Mountains. Last located on 1870 Sevier County, Tennessee census records living with son and daughte in law. Daniel's place of birth obtained from death certificate of daughter Martha A. E. WIDDOWS who married Jeremiah CHAMBERLAIN 23 June 1853 in Grainger County, Tennessee.
