I am searching for any information or leads on the Pellington family, 1830's to 1850's, especially for Anne Pellington married to John Scofield or Schofield about 1830(John may died about 1840 and she may have remarried or also passed away)She had at least 3 children John, Sarah and Maggie Scofield. John jr. was possibly a runaway to Liverpool and he shipwrecked at 13yrs old off a bark called The Miracle,and he remained in the Iles de la Madeline,Quebec.His sisters remained in England, died prior to 1889 possibly as spinsters. He refused to return for their estates. Any information would be very much appreciated as we are at a brick wall locating his parent and ancestry in England!
