"Thomas Butler and His Descendants", pg 18, has Major Ichabod BUTLER, baptized Berwick, January 9, 1736/7 as the sixth child of Thomas and Mehitable BUTLER.

The will of Thomas BUTLER, Gentleman, of Berwick, 12 February 1759 lists his children as Moses, Thomas, Olive, Elizabeth, Mary, and Samuel. No Ichabod.
