Hi all. Can someone point me to an index for marriages in White County? Is there something like this online somewhere?

I'm looking for an Alice (Withrow) Hetrick, who married Henry Ward sometime between 1913 and 1920.

Also did White County keep birth records as early as 1906 or so?

I'm struggling finding my Hetrick line. Jack David Hetrick married Alice Virginia Withrow (I believe in Illinois). They moved to Judsonia or Bald Knob area (according to her burial record it was Judsonia, her social security app says Bald Knob), where they had my g-gm, Edna Virginia Hetrick around 1907. (She was one of 5, 2 siblings before her born in Illinois). I cannot find Jack and Alice anywhere in the 1910 census. I did find Alice remarried in 1920 to a Henry Ward. Then, again, no trace of her in 1930. This line has always been my brick wall, and I'm hoping for any kind of help!!!
