Am looking for any information on family of Ruth ANDREWS EDWARDS (d c.1785), wife of Thomas EDWARDS (d. 3/15/1781 Battle of Guilford CH). They had at least one child, Thomas EDWARDS (b.1/28/1781 in Chatham Co. - d. 9/22/1863 in Guilford Co). From what I can see, young Thomas was raised by ANDREWS family somewhere in Chatham after his mother's death. Would like to know which ANDREWS branch it may have been, and any info on the EDWARDS attachments to this family. Have most EDWARDS descendans from Thomas, for anyone interested. Thanks in advance.
