My grandfather said that he was adopted but he didn't know his biological birth parents.I'm not sure where he was adopted from and his foster parents offered to take him to meet his real father but he refused.he was told his father owned a hardware store in Pine bluff, Ark.He was born in 1916.Is there a way to get a birth certificate or find a way to get information about ta possible poor house?I have tried all I know to get info and failed,any info would help
