Hi Folks,

My GGGrandfather, the Rev William Kew Fletcher, in 1832, was using what looks like the Fletcher, (Swinford, Leicestershire and Coventry, Warwickshire,) Coat of Arms with the added Motto of “Fortis in arduis” or Brave in Difficulties. Would anybody know anything of the history of this Coat of Arms or to whom and when they were originally granted or confirmed?
