Hi,I hope someone can help me.My Grandfather said he was adopted,he didn't know who his biological father was because he didn't want to have anything to do with him.He was adopted by the moore family,he was born in 1916 in Pinebluff,Ark.,he thought his name was Matthews.I don't know if he was in a home or it was just a verbal agreement between the family and the biological father,can anyone please point me in the right direction
