Need Help: Georgia Genoa Scaggs

I am looking for anyone who might information concerning my great great grandmother who my family all knew as Georgia Genoa Scaggs. We were always told that she was full blood Native American (most likely Cherokee, but could possibly be Creek or Choctaw). She was born in 1876 (I'm not for sure where, we have been told either Arkansas or Tennessee) and died around Apr. 1, 1900 (or so we were told) either from Scarlet Fever or during child birth. She married William Monroe Adcock Feb. 3, 1895 in Franklin Co., AR. They had two children Norma Gertrude Adcock and Richard Larenzo Adcock. The only proof we have of her existence is her and William's Marriage license that is hanging up in my Grandmother's hallway and a couple of pictures of her (one when she was about 2-4 years old and the other of her (age and year unknown) with an unknown woman). I can't find a birth or death record on her. If anyone can help us with this it would be greatly appreciated so that my grandmother can know more about her before she passes on. Thank you.
