Charles was born ab.r 1725 and died 3 Mar 1763 in VA. Married Phebe Wilson 7 Mar 1747/48 in Spotsylvania Co, Va. He belonged to the Masonic Lodge in Fredericksburg along with George Washington and an entry in Washington's diary indicates that he dined at Charles' home on 24 Dec 1769.
