If an Irish Catholic relative had a severe mental illinois
and lived in Cook County on the west side of Chicago in
1907 where would they have been sent. Was there a facility
in Elgin? What was and is the address? Were there other
facilities that would be an option? Did the Diocese support any facilities? Cooksters your help would be appreciated.
