and Sally Merry, and his father, David Norton. Hoping to
find confirmation of the names of two children born to
Harvey and Sally Norton before 1830. [Was the son Harvey
Stillman Norton, born in Onondaga NY in 1827?] Any**

I am also looking for a Norton in Onondaga, NY in this time frame --
Elizabeth, married first to a Mr. Butler, second to Jacob Coffin. An Enoch
Coffin who is probably her son lived in Lysander, Onondaga Co., NY until 1835
when he moved to Indiana. They were Quakers, and I am trying to track them
down through Quaker records. The Nortons may originally be from Martha's
Vineyard or Nantucket. Any connections?
