Looking for Birth Mother. Her name at my birth was Evelyn Lee Bentley and originally from Alabama. (My birth date is 9-28-52 and my brother's birth date is 4-26-51). I have an older brother named John Wayne Bentley. We were both given up as babies. My brother and I finally found each other in Dec 2001. We would like to find our mother. We found information that stated she married a Russell Ledet in New Orleans, LA. Don't know if that is true or not. Her mother's name was Nellie Gay Browning and her father's name was Major Bentley.
