Looking for William Carrigan (I believe from N.C.) who married Catherine Adams of York District, S.C. in the early 1780's. I believe they were living in Mecklenberg Co., N.C. in 1790. They are named in the will of Catherine's father (William Adams) in 1799 and also in the will of her mother (Margaret Ewart Adams) in 1824.
