Hi, I am looking for information on Jay W. Tuttle, he was born on 10/21/1913. Florence, NE is listed as his birth place. I don't know if this is Washington County or Douglas County. His mother was Hulder Sandahl, married to John W. Tuttle. Can anyone help? I looked and didn't find any of these names listed.
