I am trying to trace the Louis P. Selby and Delia McCann Selby family who came to Oakland,CA in 1876. Had 12 children. John (1867-1945), Margaret (1860's-1946), Charles J.(1871-1943), Louis P.(1873)-1952), David (1875-1955), May (1881-1952), Grace (1882-1966),Theresa (1884-?), Walter (1885-1936), Albert (17887-1964, Florence (1888-1957), and Clarence (1889-1970). Cannot find any info on Theresa who married and moved to Kansas. Had adopted daughter, Rhoda, who married and believe her last name was Osborne.
