I am seeking information about the family of Christian Whiteman of Berks Co., PA, later of Fayette Co., PA and Fairfield Co., OH. Christian served in the Revolutionary War from Berks County and had a brother Joseph who was living in Berks County in 1818. Henry Whiteman of Randolph Co., VA, also had a brother Joseph of Berks Co., PA in 1829. A John Weidman of Berks Co. apparently died about 1818 and was perhaps their father or another brother. I am trying to make a connection between these Whitemans. Any information would be appreciated and I'll be happy to share information.
