Hi there! According to a WW 1 draft card I found, my ggg-gf was in jail in Jonesboro on Sept 12 1918. I'm curious if anyone knows how I can research this out. Why he was in jail, how long, etc. Is this a matter of public record?

Does anyone have any ideas for me?
