Hello, I am a descendant of the Andrew,Amos, John Wesley Flatt families of McKean County Pa.
via colonial New Jersey. I just started researching my Flatt ancestors so I don't have all the
answers yet...but I have quite a few names,places, dates,etc.
My G-Grandparents were Sylvester and Viola(Hatfield) Flatt.(yes,the feuding Hatfields of W.V)
I believe he was the son of John Wesley Flatt. John W.Flatt had a brother Lewis D. Flatt;
both served the famed "Pennsylvania Bucktails" Regiments during the Civil War.(J.W.as a Corporal; L.D as a Prvt.)
