If anyone is in the area, could you possibly see if there is a death record for Emily Gibson Williams? She was the daughter of James Gibson and his first wife, Nancy Smith. I can't find a death record for her in Braxton WV, where she lived, but since her father and extended family were in Richland/Clay County, I thought maybe she had died there. Her husband, Benjamin Willard Williams, re-married 9/2/1888, and his 2nd wife had several children out of wedlock (which kinda makes me wonder if one or two or her children weren't actually his, though this 2nd wife, Francina Cogar, supposedly had all of her children fathered by her brother-in-law, Elijah Squires Gibson, who was Emily Gibson's brother and another child of James and Nancy). Anyway, Emily was with Benjamin in the 1880 census in Braxton WV, so her death would (I assume) be between 1880 and 1888. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
