I ran into a " road block " - I filled out a marriage application here in Wisconsin, and just learned that although Iowa wants me to have the marriage application signed by a notary public, here in Wisconsin it's against the law to have a notary public sign it ! Great, huh ? I'm stuck ! LAWS !!!
