Joseph abbott (from Conn. family did not have anything to with him) died 1930's-early Joseph was related supposedly  related to one of the families that founded Lord & Taylor's department stores
Emma's abbotts grandmother came from County cork Ireland
Emma had a aunt Lilly who lived in south jersey in or around cape may area and her name was Lilly
Emma had two brothers Paul&John Bromly
Paul he worked for the railroad (Paul's kids  names were: Bobby,Florance,Mildred)
One of Paul's kids worked for picatiny arsenal and lived in area. Arsenal is in Dover,NJ( think northwest nj in mountains/Dover )
John lived in Irvington and was president of some company(not sure of the

Emma & Joseph Abbott had three daughters

Hattie Marie (went by Marie(my mother) think she was oldest of the three
