Missing Soldier's Grave: Decatur or Wyandotte Counties

Surnames: Lacy,Lacey
In search of soldier John G. Lacey, 2nd Lieutenant, served in the 8th and 4th Heavy Artillery regiments, Union army.
Death and burial records indicate two different places of death and/or burial.

One is Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas.
The other is Shibboleth, Decatur County, Kansas. He was buried by the G.A.R.

Lieut. John G. Lacey
Born 1842
Date of Death February 5, 1889.

Please help us find his burial location if you live in one of those areas. His name may be spelled Lacey or Lacy.
