I am searching for my father's birth parents. His name after adoption was John Linton Glenn. Amended birth certificate shows he was born in Odessa, TX on November 7, 1958 at 4:05pm. He had blond hair and blue eyes. I believe he was taken by the state due to abuse/neglect. I am unsure of birth families last names. His father may have been a 'Yates' from Texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The amended birth certificate was issued on October 26, 1961 and has a stamp at the bottom showing: State of Texas, Travis County.
