I am looking for a marriage and then divorce record to Blanche Ida Grove and Otto Rheinhold Anderson, of Rochester. At 1900 Otto was living with his parents in Rochester and Blanche I cannot find until 1930, she was either working somewhere as a servant or living with family as her mother had remarried and the children were doled out to relatives. She is divorced in 1930 in East Rochester, and by 1937 Otto is in Folsom Prison for fraud, where he dies in 1940.

Does anyone have any ideas how to search for marriage or divorce records in this county if you don't live nearby? (I am in Wisconsin).

Ida dies at 94 in 1980 in Brighton Township, no mention of previous husband and she is buried in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
