Looking for information on the father of David Dickerson. He would have been the right age for service in the Revolutionary War, but alas, I do not know his name. I have the name of the son, David Dickerson, his spouse and family.
Rumor has it that these Dickerson's are related to Philemon Dickerson, but I have been unable myself to piece it together. As you will see, the names in this family are repeated in the family of Philemon, and related in same area.

I believe there are probably more children I don't know of for this family.
I believe all sides of my family are DAR worthy, many war hereo's on all sides.
