I have resumed my research of the Ga.14th Inf. Reg't and have extracted the following names from the "Civil War Letters Home" of Lt. Josiah Blair Patterson of Cumming GA ( 1815-1864). If your family lived in the Cumming area during the 1860-1865 period have Civil War, look through this list and let me know if you have any info on any of these folks. Surely not every family has moved away or forgotten about these folks! As always I'm happy to share any info I have.
